Cannot download the Download.csv file

Hi,

When clicked on the download.csv, it takes me to business customers login page. Are you able to look into this please. I would like to be able to download my usage stats from this file.

That sounds really frustrating, we can certainly download your data if you have a smart meter and provide you with an excel spreadsheet.

Hi @vijaych27 , you should see a "Message Us" button in the bottom right of your My Account page, which will allow you to get in touch with us.
