Hi, I've been unsucsufully dealing with your 'chat' service since around 10 days ago to cancel my account because I never use Gas, and the $50 fee each time for 0-gas usage, in this financial climit is quite crazy.
Not only is the chat response time appauling (8-ish hours), but each time i go to your website to continue the convosation (cos it logs my out after 2 hours) i have to start again with the assistant. It transfers me to someone else asking the same questions as before.
However I'm sure they could READ the previous text.
I'm really not happy with AGL, I still havn't had any confirmation about my account being closed.
Please close my account.
