Hi, I've been unsucsufully dealing with your 'chat' service since around 10 days ago to cancel my account because I never use Gas, and the $50 fee each time for 0-gas usage, in this financial climit is quite crazy. Not only is the chat response time appauling (8-ish hours), but each time i go to your website to continue the convosation (cos it logs my out after 2 hours) i have to start again with the assistant.
