Amazon prime code doesn’t work? Any tips

Hi just received my Amazon prime free 12 months  codes and it does work? Any ideas?

If your code is not being accepted or giving you an error, you will need to contact the Amazon Prime help & support, which you can find on their website. If they advise you to get back in touch with AGL, please contact us here.
