AGL website down since 10AM Tuesday 26th May.

I can only receive the $75 credit to change my plan if I apply online. For How long will your system be down?  It is now 630pm

We haven't received any reports that our website down, please try again and if you're still having trouble, please try changing your energy plan directly on your AGL My Account. You'll be able to change your energy plan to the online plan by selecting the "Change plan" on the right hand side.
