Unable to access AGL Rewards through My Account

Unable to access AGL Rewards through My Account. I have cleared the cache, but still stuck in an endless loop which doesn’t access AGL Rewards. I have 3 accounts linked to the same email address and presume this is where the problems is.

Unfortunately having multiple accounts linked to your email address can cause headaches for our AGL Rewards service. However, I'm confident that I'll be able to get this back on track for you!
