I purchased a replacement phone through the recent EOFY AGL Rewards 30% off promo which took you (after verifying your details) to purchase directly through the Samsung website. I spent over $1200 and have yet for the phone to arrive. Samsung Customer Support is no help and after 30 phone calls and emails dating from the 28th of June (phone was due to be delivered 26th June, order placed 23rd June) the package seems to have been lost by Samsung with the same update being provided "warehouse logistics team searching for the package" each time I follow-up since the 28th. Anyone experience similar problems? Aware not really an AGL problem but I don't know what else to do.
