Is this an ongoing issue

I haven't been able to ever access my rewards.

It useless having a reward page that you can't access

Hi @roblo , no, there are currently no outstanding issues affecting AGL Rewards.

If you're having trouble accessing the page, shoot me a private message (click my name) with your account number and I'll have the tech team check why you're not able to access it via your account.

Although not directly related, I am using Roblo's post to remind AGL staff that there has been no action on my 2018 "There appears to be no way to access AGL Rewards from within the redesigned app" suggestion in https://neighbourhood.agl.com.au/t5/AGL-Mobile-App-Feedback-and/There-appears-to-be-no-way-to-access....

It is still an issue and is another case of "It useless having a reward page that you can't access" (but from the AGL app).
