AGL rewards tab is missing on the menu bar

The Rewards tab is not displayed on the menu bar. I am logged onto my AGL account and I am a customer of electricity and gas supply. Can you help?

I replied to your private message but I am not sure if you have received it. Email server returned with "The recipient server did not accept our requests to connect." How do I send a private message on the information you requested on this platform?
