$200 credit was not updated in my account

Yesterday I received a invoice of $200 worth, but until now it was not updated in my account. I would like to know what is going on.

I mean not invoice, but $200 credit

Hi Hwa,

 

Our sign up credits apply as a bill credit to your first bill with AGL, they don't apply directly to your AGL account, this may be the reason you aren't able to see this in your AGL app or my account.

 

If you have received your first bill and the credit still has not applied please contact us https://www.agl.com.au/help-support/contact-us.
