Data usage in detailed .XLSX for spread sheets.

The simplified usage details on the portal are inadequate for a big company like AGL! We are not dumb users and I would expect a more detailed breakdown of actual usage that can be incorporated into an ongoing spreadsheet in XLSX format.

Please give us a detailed spreadsheet so that we can track the cost, times, period and usage details in XLSX format.

Bob, I feel the back end work needed to provide all the plan and pricing info would be a challenge.

While AGL obviously have that capability now in final billing you, not sure it'd be easy to redesign the download data to reflect the extra info.

That data is just collated from the same sort of simple 5 min data the DNSP provides to the retailer.

Within states there can be numerous DNSPs with vastly different terms, tariffs, TOU variations, then within AGL or any other retailer their different plans, tariffs, etc with a myriad of single rate, TOU, demand tariffs, various daily supply charges etc.

Everything is present now in data except for the pricing and individual plan times of use.

Using the current 30 min data you can get from AGL to spreadsheet that with my pricing etc, is not an easy task.

I've tried, complicated by defunct CL lines x approx 4400 extra nil recording lines per quarter.

What you are asking for is open and clear data like that format, but showing your own pricing for whatever plan you are on, those tariffs for single or TOU, DSC (daily supply charge), etc ?

That would be good for people to have without hassle, and a fair thing to request.

At the moment you can't really see clear transparent data / pricing, you trust the system is working as it should.

Maybe one of the AI platforms can use simple instructions to separate TOU data, add pricing, add DSC etc ?

My son is good at that sort of thing, will ask him.

There is a section of the usage window when logged into the website, clicking a day you can break down 6 hourly blocks with usage, cost, etc

Although this is just an overview, it might help see when you use power at highest tariff levels etc on various days.

To have access to the raw data that AGL uses itself to calculate the price it charges for power is not a big ask. The GUI is based on this but you have no access to the data in a transferable format.

A file copy for my own analysis is what I ask and in a workable format.
