The AGL app and website are completely hopeless after hours if you have an internet problem.
It's about time AGL did something about this because customers get very bad service by only having such short service hours and no way to contact or leave a message even when your internet connection starts to run slow and lags plus the ping drops like a stone it's about time AGL did something about this terrible customer service
