Telco Service Hub - introducing service hub for telco allowing customers to seamlessly view their NBN and Mobile plan details and usage summaries.

 

Beta Signup – allowing customers to sign up for the beta program through the app and experience some new and innovative features before public release.

 

Telco Service Hub Experience Overview:


Telco Service Hub makes it seamless and easy for all telco customers to view and manage their plan details from the overview screen of the app. The feature provides Mobile SIM customers a similar (intuitive) experience as energy customers to view their current usage from the service hub.

Why is Telco Service Hub important?

  • We want to make it seamless and easy for all AGL telco (NBN, Mobile SIM and VOIP) customers to view and manage their plan details from the overview screen of the app.
  • All AGL Mobile SIM customers will get a similar (intuitive) experience as energy customers to view their current data/plan usage from the service hub.
