Questions, discussions and feedback on the AGL mobile app
I have been an AGL Electricity customer for 9 days.
It took 8 days for any data to appear. I can forgive that as being a new customer set up thing.
Now that there is data available, it is in no way reflective of actual usage or solar feed.
It does not align with the data on my solar and battery app, which was always correct against my previous electricity provider's data.
We have not used any electricity from the grid since our solar and battery were installed 14 months ago (apart from a nano amount each day of 0.01 to 0.02 kWh). The AGL App is showing usage of between 10 and 14 kWh per day, with a corresponding $ charge against it, which is completely wrong. Our average daily usage since commencing with AGL has been 5.97 kWh, with the maximum daily usage being 7.06 kWh. All of that usage was from the solar panels, or from the battery.
The Solar Feed is also incorrect. Some days the AGL App is showing more and some days less. Between 1 and 8 kWh variation from my solar and battery app per day.
We have a smart meter. Why is the AGL App data so incorrect?
I am also having exactly the same issue, AGL is good for nothing.
i changed my provider this month and never had a issue with data tracking.
AGL is showing that i am withdrawing from grid around 10 to 15 kwh daily. I am on battery usage for almost a year but hardly withdrew 5kw a month.
my solar export is shown as Zero during peak export window.
looks like i made a mistake of switching to AGL
