Unable to use the mobile app after I entered a wrong email

I am not able to login or change my login email after I entered a wrong email address in the AGL mobile app on iPhone. Delete the app and reinstall won't help.  What can I do?

Unfortunately, the instructions you suggested don't work, but I didn't purchase those tools, why I need to purchase a tool because of your app? Doesn't make any sense.
