Has anyone else had any trouble getting a response from AGL via their message feature on the app or the website?
I sent an enquiry through a week ago regarding signing up for NBN and am yet to receive a response. I’ve resent it a couple of times both on the app and the website but still haven’t had a response.
Hi @SarahO, Sorry to hear you haven't had a timely response from us on Messaging. We've had very high volume of contacts lately, but even so you should hear back from us within a day or two at most. I'm currently collecting information on issues with Messaging, so if you can potentially provide a screenshot of this issue within the app (along with approximate times of messaging), that might assist.
