EV Night Saver plan rates not correct

After my rates changed on the 19 September my App no longer shows the correct rate between the hours of 12-6am of 8c per KWH  on the EV Night Saver plan

It was correct before this date

It now displays at the full 30.5 cent rate

How can this be fixed?

Hi all,

 

Just a quick update on these Night Saver plan issues:

 

  • Any bills impacted by this issue will be corrected and re-issued with the correct amount.
  • A fix for the error with the usage cost being displayed in My Account is planned for next week.
