Having an app which is not working must be annoying, I am very sorry that this has happened, there can be a few reasons.
Firstly I recommend you delete the app and reinstall it, if this does not work, ensure your cookies cache has been cleared.
If both of these options fail, touch base with us here as we may need to investigate further to get you back online.
