The Agl app doesn't showing the usage, how would we know our usage, even the solar sold to grid.

There can be a few reasons for this, generally just waiting for the data to upload. If you are in QLD and having issues at the moment this is due to the $200 Covid payment being applied correctly, and we are hoping to have this resolved soon. 

 

If you are in another state, I would recommend Messaging with our team through your app to see what is happening.

Hi Ellen,

 

Is this written on the AGL main website so the rest of us do not have to sift through countless unrelated help questions to find a comment hidden away saying that there is a problem with AGL for the past month and the way they update usage data because of a rebate?

Hi Ti1m, we would need to take a look at why this is not showing at the moment, if you reach out via messenger in the app, they will be able to assist, you can access this via the support tab.
