There can be a few reasons for this, generally just waiting for the data to upload. If you are in QLD and having issues at the moment this is due to the $200 Covid payment being applied correctly, and we are hoping to have this resolved soon.
If you are in another state, I would recommend Messaging with our team through your app to see what is happening.
