Never received a bill for my gas

Hi, I had my AGL account set up at late Nov 2020 for both my electricity and gas at my newly moved in property. However, I am only receiving my electricity bill since the account establishment. I did make contact with AGL team at several times and try to solve the problem, and every time, the person on the "online chat" was nice but nothing has been done. I need someone from AGL to approach the issue and fix it together.
