Moved house, new account cant meter read & no useage data

Hi allMoved to a new property on 5.3.20212 different meters, one works fine, other one I can't do meter reads & then usage never updates, messaging via agl chat go send photos of meter reads, but nothing ever updates? Any ideas? Ta 
