Hi,We moved over to AGL for both electricity & gas after moving house mid-year. The switch to gas has gone smoothly, but electricity wasn't switched over until late July and we are yet to receive a bill.I have only ever received an error when trying to check our usage costs on the website and it wasn't until I installed the app on my tablet, that I found that our billing period ends in Feb 2017 and our usage costs are currently over $700 and rising.We should have been billed after 3 months.
