Hi Wendell I don't know what everyone has been told but my inbox message says that my account has been put on hold while they review the fees. It also says it should be done by 22nd of September. How ridiculous that we have to put up with no data for a month, while they imput some data!

Hi Olgi As I've said before, there's more people than the two you replied to that are having this issue. I've posted about five times and had no response from a moderator. No usage updates since August 26th!

What about everyone else that's having this problem? There's at least four people here, mine hasn't worked for a week now.Why aren't I getting daily updates on usage? This has happened a few times but not this long before, I hasn't updated for a week now. How can we manage our usage if you're not giving us the data. Just another way of getting bigger payments from clients.

Yes, same happens with mine. Haven't had it update for six days at the moment, the app is crap.Don't know what you can do about it though.
