Hi, I spoke with the Digital Metering team, however, I couldn't get a precise answer. I am more than happy to have the installation of a new smart meter (especially to monitor usage), One reason for the installation is, to clean up the board, have all appropriate RCBO's installed, etc. But, to do that install, things need to be moved around.
