My AGL my account will not except photos for my gas meter reading. all large organization have easy access too submit photos for proof. AGL does not have access for customer to send photos. 1- it’s easy and peace of mind when customers able too submit photos we not always at home. And since Covid 19 the lot people installed gates.2- it’s more cost effective to save on meter reading. Please advises kind regards Eva t
