Android version 6.0.1 was released in 2015 and is no longer receiving any updates from Google. We support a minimum of Android 7.0, as you can see on the Google Play Store here

It looks like you've disabled access to mobile data for the AGL app.
To re-enable access to mobile data, open the Settings app on your iPhone and scroll down to and tap AGL. Turn on the Mobile Data switch and try again.
