Hi Stina-chi, It looks like you've disabled access to mobile data for the AGL app. To re-enable access to mobile data, open the Settings app on your iPhone and scroll down to and tap AGL. Turn on the Mobile Data switch and try again. If you're still having issues, please respond here. Thanks,
