I got the same issue. Sent message to fix in late October and it hasnt fixed yet. Can anyone please help?

Hourly rate is not available from 31/07/19
Hi, All Somehow I cant get my hourly usage from 31st July, and it is showing as no data. I tried to contact agent through customer chat, but he seemed has no clue. Can anyone please help me with this? Thanks,Katie
