Okay so I had a default listed, which was then marked as paid by AGL, they withdrew the account, but left the default on my file. I re-paid the account as advised last Monday and was told when this occurred that by Friday the default would be removed. This was confirmed with me again on Tuesday.Did a Credit Check on Friday, it's still there. I tried to call this morning 46 minutes later still on hold.
