Hi I also am currently having the same issues. I have had my solar panels insltalled on 26th January . I contacted AGL to request a smart meter be installed as required by my solar panel installer. He is not the one to do this he told me AGL as my provider must provide it. I contacted AGL and was told it will take up to 28 business days . I heard nothing from AGL. After the 28days.
