Hello. I have recently moved to a new house. Electricity has been moved to AGL and is working fine but I am still waiting since Aug 21 for the gas connection. I have called your customer service and they were not able to provide me a reason for it not being connected so far. I don't feel that I need to call you over again, or should I ? Please proceed on checking why it is still pending. I have already provided my gas meter number 3 times.
