Since the transition to Aussie Broadband my NBN wireless drops out up to 10 times a day. Needs the modem to be restarted or reset each time. This never happened previously when AGL ran it.Have made 2 attempts to contact technical support via the phone. Have given up the wait after 2 hours .Totally disappointed and ready to jump ship which will affect my electricity plan as well.Not happy!
