It seems that way I assume agl got to the point where 3 for free customers hit their soft target (ie consuming power between 10 and 1 to offset solar feed ins, which will be negative nearly every day between 10 and 4 in SA for the next 8-9 months) Any more and they would be paying for it rather than offsetting their losses, so they shut it down
