Probably safest to ask AGL. I am still onboarding at the moment but I just received some instructions on setting the operating mode in the mySigen app. The instructions are specific to the Battery Rewards Plan though and it suggests first ensuring that the Battery Rewards tariff plan is already set up in the app (i.e. you have entered the right tariffs and times etc). Thanks Sparker. At least we are getting a similar story. I have also been using the Manual Control function to export every evening, which isnt the end of the world, although set and forgetting on SigenAI mode would be better. I would be interested in hearing how you get on with your Sigenergy ticket. AGL chat did suggest this as well, but frankly it should be up to AGL to sort out rather than the customer.
