Got new phone, I requested a replacement eSIM online. With no update for hours, chat support advised me to call. however, phone support stated that AGL no longer provides eSIMs.I received the same advice when I joined AGL approximately a year+ ago, but an eSIM was subsequently issued and reissued again in march without any issues. As a physical SIM may take 5–10 days to arrive. Stuck and need help
