Two tickets raised two weeks ago, got contacted by Chris from Neighbourhood team and provided the details early this week but no eta. Only answer I got is mine will be fixed in the second batch. When will this happen ?

AGL app not updating my daily usage for the last 10 days. Called AGL support and raised a ticket few days ago and was told it would be fixed overnight. But no luck so far. Similar post is closed as resolved. I posted this issue this morning and got moved in two hours. Very disappointing to see the way AGL solve a problem. Is moving to another retailer my only option ?
