About Aniyer

AGL app not updating my daily usage for the last 10 days. Called AGL support and raised a ticket few days ago and was told it would be fixed overnight. But no luck so far. Similar post is closed as resolved. I posted this issue this morning and got moved in two hours. Very disappointing to see the way AGL solve a problem. Is moving to another distributor my only option ?

AGL app is not updating any details for the last 10 days. Called agl support few days ago, not much help and am not sure if this will be fixed as there is no eta. I was told by the support team that a ticket was raised and would be fixed overnight. Any idea on how to get this to work ?
