Called Agl again and told me to wait for another 10 business day, this is so bs.I dont know how many times are they going to tell me wait for 10 business day. Joined 31 July, no data, suppose to have my first bill but some how they are taking so long to resolve. No data, no invoice. How am I suppise to budget

I ask agent to reset and still dont have data. I logged out and check. Data pending. I joined chat again, the agent said they are aware there' issue which I knew hut how long is this issue going to be. So frustrated that i cannot see usage

I signed up since 31st July 2026, and still unable to view any electricity data usage. Can yoy please help.

I signed up 3 weeks ago and still unable to see my data. Very disappointing. We have smart meter and it's taking so long.Just contactef Agl and told it will be resolved in 10 business day.Meaning it will take over a month to see my usage. How am i suppose to budget this? Hopefully it's not a surprise bill
