I just moved into a new apartment and I set up my AGL plan for gas and electricity over the phone. Now my gas stove isn’t working. It ticks over, but I can’t smell any gas (I used a lighter too and it doesn’t ignite). How long does it usually take for the gas to connect? I don’t want to report it to my landlord if it’s AGL’s fault. Thanks
