Overview still shows Payment Due and asks for Please Pay when payment for bill has already been received. I have to go to Billing then look under Transaction History to check payment has been received. I've just switched from Origin. Their online account is much clearer. You can easily see when bill has been paid as it will show zero outstanding on the home page.
