Hi. I am from Klemzig SA, and have purchased a plan with AGL for power and gas. I have been paying the bills on time for my entire year of subscription. there has been no bill overdue for me. After 1 year of my subscription, later in May 2026, i got a bill for 2600 AUD, which was explained as the older bills have been estimated inaccurately, and this bill is the accurate charge for all the under estimated bills.
