Well, this is what happens, when displaying 'shiny bars' are more important, than showing accurate information.In summary, we can rely on the usage data (export/import) being 'correct' (except the unnecessary rounding of the kWh figures), but the cost to date is wrong (misleading) ... too hard for the AGL techs to fix (lost in the 'cloud'?), so my original complaints remain unresolved  Good luck with your new battery system, at least it will give you more information (better estimates) about yo ...

Hi Lester,Just to clarify, I'm comparing data with the electricity supplier's info (in my case Endeavour), also used by AGL (retailer) for displaying usage so far (and billing); the displayed import and export data always match (ignoring the rounding), but the 'cost to date' value (total cost) doesn't, and in my case, the error cannot be explained with the GST.Note: I believe, solar (battery) systems 'independently' measure your usage (export, import), and there are no guarantees that they will ...

Electricity usage (Import) and solar feed-in (Export) is always correct (ignoring the +/- 1c rounding errors) in my case, but they are having difficulties calculating/adding the correct daily supply charges (Daily), so the Cost to date total (=I-E+D) is always wrong (out by ~30-40c, which cannot be a 'rounding error', so it is an 'IED'... ).Note: you need to be aware of the ~2-day delay (longer in weekends) for displayed usage data, when comparing...

Lost in the cloud?...I was quietly optimistic that the issue (incorrect 'cost to date') was resolved as the displayed values were correct for the first week in August, but, unfortunately, the errors have been restored during the following weekend (fog)... I give up! (I can only hope that the values on my electricity bills will be correct?!)
