My electrical bill was higher than I could afford all at once, so I applied for Financial help and opted for the Instalment choice.What AGL failed to tell me was that I needed to set up Direct Debit beforehand.The next thing I realised was that the payment was now overdue.I am now 2 days in the red and am hoping I don't get a mark against my credibility.
