Thank you AGL for your reply, but it’s all too little, too late. I have been in touch with a number of AGL customer reps throughout this week and have been very disappointed with the way AGL promotes, administers and deals with customers in relation to the AGL app functionality and the battery rewards plan. Given the success and huge uptake of the goverments Cheaper Home Batteries Program, it is unbelievable that AGL still doesn't have the basic functionality within it's app to show customers their exports to the grid. This is especially the case, when these exports are tied to explicit feed-in-tariff rates that provide tangible financial value to customers at specific times. Yes, Tony. That is the conclusion I have come to also. AGL and other large 'gentailers' will struggle to maintain customers if this is their approach. There are much more agile companies with innovative products out there, that are still profitable for the retailers, without short-changing customers of the value they offer to the grid and the energy providers. I'm getting in touch to query the way in which the AGL battery rewards program is being promoted, administered and handled by AGL and it's customer service representatives. Our household recently had a solar/ battery system installed and we we have been with AGL for both Electricity & Gas. Our battery/inverter is a Sigenergy unit, and a such we were eligible for the $1000 credit if we stayed with AGL's plan for over 12 months.
