This is dodgy as hell. We started with AGL Energy on 15.12, yet our first “quarter” ended 02.02, which is not a quarter. Apparently they run on fixed quarter dates, even though their T&Cs clearly state, “Your billing quarter starts on the date you join the Energy Plan.”, no mention of fixed dates.
