Hi,I did not know if you could leave a space after every 4 digits with a 16 digit card number, when filling in the card number either on my web account or if paying via “make a payment “.Other companies often use a defined space for each digit which means it is easy to see if you have made a mistake when inputting your card number.I tend to use my account on the web as it gives me more information .

When paying your account online why don't you break up the credit card number into 4 separate groups so that it is quicker to check you have entered the correct numbers, thus ensuring less mistakes. eg 1234 5678 9123 4567.Many companies have adopted this format and it would be appreciated if AGL did the same..
