I've seen comms from AGL that fit this need, though I can't recall all circumstances. For example, I received an email with the subject "Important information about your energy rates", but the body only referred changes to my gas rates. Be specific at all times, unless it is impossible to be so. So the above should have been "Important information about your gas rates". Another example would be "here are the details of your new energy plan with us", which then said "welcome to your new energy pl ...

My Energy usage/projection labelling

I have an electricity and gas connection. The usage and projection figures are labelled differently Electricity is labelled: "Cost So far" and "Bill Projection"Gas is labelled: "Updated Cost So Far" and "Bill Projection" unless it's out of date in which case it's "Cost at 13 Sept" and "Bill Projection at 13 Sept" The Electricity labelling is potentially erroneous if the data is out of date, which is addressed by the Gas labelling. Incorrect bill projection

The electricity bill projection has been off (low) for months now and as a result isn’t much use. Currently: 29/8 to 28/9Cost so far: $118.86Projection: $134.21The projection generally stays $20-30 ahead of the cost so far every day, but ends up being wildly off the final bill
