How the hell can AGL make a decision to change my billing to monthly without my authority, and then remind me that if you miss a payment the $12.00 late feel will be charged, EACH MONTH....this is a back handed way to money grab from those that can probably least afford it.....I am going to refer this to ASIC, I think that they will agree with me. I have logged on to see if I can opt out, and guess what ....I cant. I have been a customer with AGL since I can remember at 3 properties, looks like ...
