Hello, I have made 13 phone calls to your technical support team, including speaking with Cindy, who unfortunately couldn’t resolve the issue and simply advised me to "wait another day." I understand that technical issues happen, but 9 days without service is unacceptable especially as this is impacting our business operations. Best Regard,Brian
