Hi! I also received this on my bill. When I talk to the customer service in the app, he said that general usage next is the cost after 3600kWh but in my case, my general usage is only 930kWH and my general usage next is 1165kWh. If you add those two it will be just 2095kWh How come I have a general usage next??? For one year our bill is maximum $300 only but not we are paying 600+??? We are also using the same electronics
