I did have a lot of issues with agl, a lot of back and fourth with the blame game and not wanting to deal with it so in the end I contacted energy Australia and explained the situation, they did warn me it can take up to ten days sometimes but they tried to help as quick as possible and got it done that day.We moved on to another provider not long after as the last straw was our bills being more than double with the new financial year.Bes ...
